Moore Equine is a veterinary clinic based in Bertram, Texas that was born from a passion for equine dentistry and is deeply committed to providing the highest standard of care in horse dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. Our focus is multifaceted, encompassing minimally invasive extraction techniques for diseased teeth, sino-nasal surgeries, non-invasive trans-nasal sinuscopy to treat sinus disease, restorative dentistry, precise occlusal equilibration, and floating. Advances in anesthesia, combined with state-of-the-art surgical methods, allow us to perform all surgeries on the standing, sedated horse – thus avoiding the complications and costs associated with general anesthesia.

Our veterinarians have spent decades traveling the world learning, teaching, and discovering knowledge and methods for improving the dental care of horses. This experience has shaped our clinic into a trusted referral center for complex dental and oral surgical cases from veterinarians throughout Texas and neighboring states. While the majority of our work is performed at our Bertram facility, we also collaborate with other veterinary clinics to perform referral surgeries on-site when appropriate.
